At PawPeak, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components supplied with the product

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

This includes products that cannot be resold due to health or hygiene concerns.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund as provided by law.
